This well-kept, well-equipped, modern and comfortably furnished apartment is located on a sunny plateau, approx. 3 km outside the center of Gardola, in the middle of the green, with a beautiful view of the lake - right in the hiking and cycling paradise of Tignale (climatic health resort, consisting of several sub-locations).
The listed Italian country house has recently been completely restored and completely renovated and offers you with its wonderful property and pool a vacation that has a lot to offer: relaxation by the pool, hikes with different levels of difficulty, views and experiences, cycling / mountain biking, climbing (Free climbing or via ferrata), rafting and canyoning in spectacular mountain scenery, swimming on the lake or in one of the numerous waterfalls, kite / windsurfing, shopping, exploring Italian villages, playing tennis, visiting a high ropes course or much more. Due to the diversity in the immediate vicinity, our facility is also ideal for a varied family holiday with children of all ages.
We are happy to provide you with information, suggestions and tips for hiking, climbing, cycling, etc as well as information on worthwhile excursion destinations. A bike rental with u. a. Electric mountain bikes are nearby (during the season).
The apartment offers you a fully equipped and well-equipped kitchen for up to 6 people, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, espresso pot, kettle, juicer, cheese fondue and raclette.
You decide whether to end the evening with a glass of wine on the balcony with a beautiful view of the illuminated pool and lake or rather on the sofa, also with a view of the lake. For the colder season, a typical Italian stove (heated with pellets) and its fire provide cozy warmth and cosiness. 2 separate bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), each with a large closet, bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower, in the living area 1 large pull-out sofa for 2 people and possibly another pull-out bed, are available. Wifi is available free of charge.
A deposit will be charged, which is payable on site and will be refunded in full if it is moved out properly.
Tignale is a very old Italian village about 600 m above Lake Garda. You can reach the main town of Gardola in about 15 minutes by car from the lake (approx. 6 km uphill), partly on an interesting serpentine route, always with wonderful views of the lake or the Monte Baldo massif. A small winding road leads uphill from the village center to our apartment, approx. 3 km.
Tignale is about 7 km north of Gargnano, 8 km west of Malcesine (opposite the lake) and about 10 km southwest of Limone Sul Garda, all wonderful places to discover. Tignale has a small bathing beach with a harbor, the nearest seaside resorts are also Gagnano and Cambione with its youthful flair and many surfers.
You can reach everything you need in about 5 minutes by car / 5 minutes by bike (uphill approx. 15 minutes, depending on fitness) / 25 minutes on foot. Bakery, butcher, supermarket, pizzerias, bars, shops with typical regional products, pharmacies and doctors. But there is also a small supermarket and pizzerias near our facility (approx. 10 minutes on foot).
