The Space:
Bask in 1,036 sq.ft. of renovated 1920s charm with brand new Hot Tub. One story home with three private bedrooms and one bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bamboo floors throughout the house, modern kitchen and bathroom.

**PLEASE NOTE: Please remove any snow/ice/debris from the cover of the hot tub before attempting to open! Failure will do so may result in damages.

-Parking is FREE street parking only. You can park directly in front of the house. A total of 6 steps to get up to the front entrance.

-Dining room with a table to gather for meals, games, or to serve as a work desk.

-Kitchen - stainless steel appliances and Keurig coffee machine.

-All beds and mattresses are brand new.

-Comfortable and stylish living room to hang out in and watch cable TV on a large flat screen TV.

-Washer/Dryer available for use.

-We provide coffee and tea, creamer, sugar, light snacks, some water bottles and sparkling water.

DISCLAIMER:
-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.
-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.
-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.
-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.
-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before, or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.

The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Stow Station.

**There is an additional $300 fee for guests wanting to book my property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.**

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and fenced in backyard. NO PETS allowed.

The Neighborhood:
The cottage is located in East Nashville, near the Shoppes On Fatherland, East Ivy Mansion, and Broadway. There are plenty of eclectic eateries and craft breweries within walking distance, and BNA Nashville Airport is about 15 minutes away by car.

Getting Around:
Walking from East Nashville to the other parts of Nashville is pretty much out of the question. You may wish to walk the 1.7 miles to downtown, but we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft (super cheap) if you're not renting a car. Below is a list of distances we are located to the following:

Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. There have been a lot of incidents car break ins. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

**HOT TUB RULES:
In order to keep Hot Tub from malfunctioning, please agree to this before booking. Otherwise you will incur a fee
1 - Keep lid on when not in use
2 - Keep temp 96-98
3 - Do not turn off breaker

**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add on fee!

Interaction with Guests:
Your host won't be on the property but they'll be available for anything you need during your stay.

You will have a detailed digital guest book with tips on how to work the TVs, trash, check-out instructions, and it also includes favorite spots in Nashville!
