Positive: From the reception to check out everything was absolutely amazing . Breakfast was 10/10 super clean it the room smelled sooo good so relaxing . The owner would always ask if we need anything if everything was the way we wanted/needed . The pools temperature was great. No complains at all . I recommend to everyone , you will not regret!!

Positive: Everything was at least good, but the standout feature of Santa Rita is the breakfast... literally the most spectacular breakfast buffet I have ever seen, and mostly home-made and everything farm-fresh to boot.
Negative: We were there during an usual cold spell, and the brick walls of the rooms aren't good for insulation. The rooms do have heat-exchanger A/C, but the moment we turned them off it got cold pretty fast.
Summary: Nice rooms, great facilities (heated pool, social areas with fireplace), spectacular breakfast.

Positive: A great stay in the mountains. It was a very countryside vibe - totally different from all the other stays we have had in Brazil. The room was VERY clean and comfortable. The indoor pool is nice, nature around and other facilities as well. It had playroom and a room with a fireplace that was very cozy for doing some remote work in the evening. The hosts were kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and with variety. Loved the check-out at 12, which is good for vacation but has not been so general in Brazil for us.
Negative: We wish the hosts spoke English or had some kind of leaflets about the place, at least in Portuguese if not English. We wish we had some info about the history and activities from the place, because it seemed very interesting. If I understood correctly, it is not possible to pay by card there. As we are from countryside as well, it wasnt a problem for us but it might be for some: at night the dogs were barking at something very loudly and the rooster made his wake-up alarm in the morning. For us it was rather fun and reminded staying at our grandmothers' as children.
Summary: Nice stay in the countryside. Beautiful nature, clean rooms, kind stuff.
