Positive: Fay is amazing. I had to change my dates multiple times and Fay never hesitated to help. The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided every amenity and convenience you can think of. You just know a lot of thought went into all the little things that make a stay move from very good to exceptional. Also thanks to Ms. Judy and her children who made sure I was always okay.

Positive: I liked the gated community with minimal intrusion in our privacy. Not everytime we were entering or exiting the neighbourhood that our vehicle was being checked for who is inside. And in converse, we were reassured by the due diligence for ID check, etc. upon our arrival. The lay out of the kitchen was well received and we suggest that labels on the drawers / cupboards would be a lovely addition. The freezer was exceptionally clean. The tea items, cooking items such as oil and salt (in cupboard) were well received though we bought 1 or 2 of the items still. We would recommend more bottled water being left in the fridge for guests who may not be able to shop immediately since the time is so hot, but thanks for the 3 bottles we were greeted with on arrival and drank immediately. Thanks again for your accommodations!

Negative: I didn't like that after I sent my first email and received a response through booking.com, that the email facility was disabled. In an attempt to reply to the owner's reservations, questions and recommendations for use of the facility, my email reply returned with an error stating that the users email had been discontinued. My mom who would be an occupant during our visit is a senior and I had some questions pertaining accessing the facilities. Neither did I like that the house was a distant drive in from the front gate and that the terrain from main road to scheme gate had some construction happening with minimal signage. However, it looks to be temporary road works. I know the property was advertised as a beachfront property but that could be misleading. We enjoyed the beach a 15-20 minutes drive away from property before checking out. Overlooking those detractors, the reception and location were good.

Positive: Fay was absolutely amazing - super helpful and kind during the booking process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The house was spotless and well-equipped, with thoughtful extras like toothpaste and cupboard essentials that made the stay even more comfortable. The garden was spacious and peaceful. What really stood out, was how much Fay and the home manager cared. They genuinely checked in on my safety and made sure I got home safely, which meant a lot. I truly appreciated their warmth. Highly recommend staying here!

Positive: There was no breakfast offerred at this property. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. It was like home away from home. If it was possible we would have stayed longer. I felt like I didnt want to leave. It was a great experience. I will definately come back in the future
