Summary: Our stay at Fauna Montevideo was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, Jeronimo provided a warm and welcoming reception, setting the tone for a wonderful experience. He was also incredibly kind in recommending cafes, bars, restaurants, and things to do and see, which made our time in Montevideo even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning decor that blends modern elegance with unique, thoughtful touches. Every corner of the space exudes charm, and even the subtle fragrance throughout the hotel adds to its inviting atmosphere. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, well-appointed with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. While the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, they provide complimentary fresh fruit in the lobby, which is a lovely touch. The location is perfect for exploring Montevideo. Situated in the heart of the Old Town, it’s within walking distance of many historic sites, cafes, bars, and restaurants, making it an excellent base for discovering the city. Overall, Fauna Montevideo is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for a stylish, comfortable, and centrally located boutique hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montevideo!

Summary: Fauna was a delightful place to stay in Montevideo. It is an easy walk from the boat to Fauna, and Geronimo is super-friendly and helpful. The living room is very comfortable, and we enjoyed coffee there in the morning and after-dinner drinks there before we went to bed. The old city is charming, and Geronimo had excellent suggestions about where to go to eat.
