Summary: Very out dated bathroom door won't close. Windows had holes around the air condition, the window in the door came cashing down wouldn't fix it.

Summary: Customer service was great. The room was in an older motel. The room was dusty, door was full of dirty finger prints, no telephone ( to contact office ) room was dark, carpet smelt bad.

Summary: When we got there The front staff was great and very professional. He greeted us with a positive attitude and a pleasure to talk with . Check in was good and quick. The was clean and the surround area of the motel was very quiet place. Next time I am in Sarnia I will be staying there again. Great place. Thank you.
