Positive: A great place to stop, refresh, relax on a trip north or south. Great find out of the main centres that allowed comfortable respite from the main roads. The room was comfortable, shower great, wifi great. Serenity when sitting at the bench over looking the river. Food great as it was local. Hosts were great. Couldnt do more to help. Pleasant garden out the back.

Negative: Hosts dont speak english, but translate is a great tool.

Summary: Pleasant stay away from the main stream whilst on our travels.

Positive: This is the kind of place that will make you love Thailand! What a gem! If you can find you way here, you should. You'll see what makes Thailand a wonderful place to visit. It's not Bangkok, it's wonderful little places like this! The food was EXCELLENT! Better than any restaurant I've visited in Thailand. I had dinner and breakfast and was very pleased on all counts! Please support these wonderful people and reward their fabulous hospitality. You'll be glad you did!

Negative: Not a thing! This was the best place I stayed on my whole trip!

Positive: Amazing hostess. Amazing cook. Very clean and neat rooms with quality furniture. Every facility was hygienic and working fine. Smart tv was a bonus. It is family facility feeling very safe. Also very artsy and natural around. Worth what we paid.

Negative: Every review i had, i had something didnt like. Yet this was very pleasent. Only downside is maybe the location is very far away from anything action/adventure. That, actually, also can be a plus for choosing purposes.

Positive: Found a gem of a homestay. The staffs are all friendly and welcoming. The nature around it is beautiful. It’s quiet and peaceful away from the bustling and busy city life. The cafe has authentic thai food from the area. One thing that I found good was that they check what time I would like to have breakfast the next day. Their room is simple and cozy. Their bed is soft and comfortable to sleep on. They have a television and even a small fridge in their room. Their wifi is also good. Got to find out that they recently changed their mattresses for all their rooms and upgraded their wifi to give guests a better experience. This homestay is simply a gem and I would most likely book this place again and stay longer when I’m making my way down from Chiang Mai to Bangkok. Thank you to Fatima and her lovely staffs for making my stay an enjoyable one. Bless you all.

Positive: The girls running the place were very lovely and helpful. The food was so cheap and delicious, and they even got us drunk for about 89 baht! The property is on a fantastic bend in the river, and the sunset is just incredible, shimmering over the water. The bathroom is huge, and the room is fairly well-equipped. We needed to break up a long scooter ride from Tak to Lampang and this was the best option halfway - it served its purpose amorably.

Negative: The bed was very firm, not too comfortable, and the pillows were not great either. This is subjective, but I prefer a softer bed. The place is quite buggy too, we had to kick out some unwanted guests from our room - mosquitoes, crickets, lizards, and more.

Summary: A delightful homestay run by charming ladies in the middle of nowehere on an idyllic river bend.
