Summary: Everything was outstanding, from ease of check-in, to quiet location, to cleanliness of brand-new home. Home is beautifully decorated and has everything you might need for a getaway. The basement had plenty of fun games. The only concern was the basement was very cold.

Summary: This home was so peaceful! We enjoyed the back deck listening to the buggies and the livestock. It was close to the amish and nearby to the little town. Perfect location.

Summary: The pictures don’t do this house justice. The view off the back deck is absolutely stunning and the house still has that brand new smell. My kids, husband, and I enjoyed playing in the ginormous downstairs area. We played ping pong and my kids loved playing air hockey. We also played card games which were also provided. The location was perfect because we were still able to see local attractions but enjoy the seclusion of this house. If we’re back in the area we will definitely stay again.

Summary: Came to the area to bring my 2 year old grandson for A Day Out with Thomas the Train in Strausburg. All the local hotels were booked or highly overpriced so I came to VRBO and found this home as well as several others. We decided on this one and I’m so glad we did! It is a very nice new home in a quiet country neighborhood. I loved that it was quiet and peaceful yet close to all area attractions. The home was absolutely spotless, very nicely decorated inside and out. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and effort in to making the home perfect. Kitchen had modern appliances and was very well stocked with anything you would need to cook meals. Large washer and dryer. Bedrooms were spacious, smart TVs in each and beds were very comfortable. It has one full bathroom and a half bath. Very large downstairs area with ping pong table and air hockey if you have older children. My favorite part was the beautiful sunset view of the countryside from the large back porch. Nice yard in the front and back of the home. Also has a large grill outside. Owners were very prompt to respond to request to book. If I ever plan another trip to the area I hope this home is available.
