Spend your day in the pool, BBQing, walking the back country roads , exploring our 20 acres/creeks and
enjoying the wildlife.
When the sun goes down come inside and utilize our spacious kitchen, cuddle up and watch
NETFLIX in front of the fire on our 85inch flat screen, or play a game of pool.
Our home is far enough outside of the city limits to ACTUALLY see a full sky of stars, but also only a short 10 minute drive east on the interstate to experience all of the shopping, fine dining, and entertainment you could ever want!
Just seven minutes to the West, you will find the adorable township of Rocheport. In Rocheport try some of the locally owned restaurants and cafes including the well known winery and fine dining experience of Les Bourgeois. If you are a biking enthusiast or just a nature lover/site seer- the famous Katy Trail has multiple access points just minutes from the house.
We prefer no pets but would consider a dog (no puppies) if discussed prior to stay. No cats.

Summary: We rented for my son's graduation and the house was perfect, here's why. 1. This 6 bedroom house was a better value than any Columbia hotel even if it had had zero amenities. 2. It doesn't have zero amenities. There is somewhere for everyone. Playroom and basement entertainment thrilled our youngest generation, shady front yard was perfect place for middle generation to gather outdoors, take all the pictures, and send messy kids to eat, huge kitchen with seating for days and cool AC meant the grandparents were comfortable and could play cards and chat all afternoon. 3. The hosts were thoughtful and so very welcoming, check in was a breeze, and the house was spotless.

Summary: We have a large family and a hard time finding a place that can accommodate all of us. The Lucas Farmhouse was a great experience! Plenty of room indoors and out. Multiple gathering spaces and lots of toys for our many kiddos. Plus so much fun exploring the trails and outdoor spaces. Thanks for hosting us!

Summary: This was such a great home away from home. Everything was exactly as described and we felt so welcomed. The house is clean and comfortable and so cozy. We especially loved the movie space and the pool table. Would definitely recommend this to others!
