Positive: the facility has no staff. no senior managers or owners. there is one young gentleman who is running around on his own. then there is another very young lady who can't speak properly and very shy...working so hard on her own from preparing dinner, tea, breakfast, housekeeping, running around from the main kitchen to the one we were using. waiting for dinner took long and breakfast was even longer - over two hours and finally reaching us cold. the facility needs to employ senior personnel in hospitality.

Negative: the fact that we needed to travel 10kms from the main road in bad gravel road, damaging my car, and no where in the website - that this was mentioned. that if you book this facility you need a bigger elevated vehicle/bakkie to enable you to reach the facility. guests need to be told this. driving in the dark in the bad gravel and dangerous road is risky for women driving alone and if we were alerted about this we would not have opted for this type of accommodation.

Summary: Rooms are comfortable and clean. Roads are bad and dangerous. Need qualified staff.

Positive: The place is in the nice quite environment and the rooms are decent. Food was nice enjoyable and affordable. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and the staff. We felt so comfortable almost like home. We will surely return

Negative: The road to the place is a not so good. You need a SUV to arrive without issues.
