Positive: The sitting area had comfortable couches, and the kitchen had most of what we needed. The beach is just across the street, and the lush landscaping is nice. There’s a nice coveted front patio with eating table. We appreciated the clothes washing machine.

Negative: We expected both bedrooms to be air-conditioned and the second one was not. It cooled off some in the evening and with the fan blowing all night sleep was possible, but it was less than ideal.

Summary: A nice bungalow, with a very responsive and helpful host.

Positive: It was away from the busy area, which we liked. We were right across the street from a private beach, only saw maybe 4 people and the snorkeling was very good there. Saw fish, rays, and sharks. The AC worked really well. A very nice place to stay. WiFi worked well. Parking was available

Positive: Jeanro met us to give us a tour and explain how everything worked. He communicated with us via Whatsapp and promptly answered all questions. The little beach across the street was a stunning spot for sunsets, snorkeling, and watching sharks and stingrays.

Negative: I believe the property advertised a barbecue, I didn't find it. The air conditioning is a mini-split in the main bedroom. You would have to leave the bedroom door open to circulate a/c to the others rooms.

Summary: We enjoyed our quiet and affordable stay in this very clean little bungalow.
