Positive: The view of the hotel and the facility was amazing! Also staff were very cheerful and helpful for anything. The prices of alcholic baverages and food was extremely cheap, so we ate every night at hotel. We will definetely come Faralia Hotel again :)

Positive: the property is beautiful (although needs work) and the staff super friendly and ready to help whenever

Negative: the receptionist (which seems to be the wife of the owner?) was incredibly rude and tried to gaslight us when we complained about our room not having wi fi (didn’t even show the possibility to connect on any of our phones), and the AC not working properly. i had to make a scene so they would change my room. the staff was amazing - and i feel bad for them as it seems like it’s a family property and they overwork them - but her and her husband absolutely no customer service nor social skills. it was truly absurd and for that reason i would not go back or recommend it in a million years - there are so many nicer hotels in the region, which is a shame because this place has a lot of potential if they knew how to manage it or talk to people

Positive: Very nice people there, very friendly and helped with everything. Amazing sunset view. Breakfast was delicious. Place is cozy - nice escape from urban life. Bed is very comfortable. Also lots of cats and couple of dogs.

Negative: Bathroom needs renovation and room could use bit more furniture to be more comfortable.
