Summary: Clean room, great air conditioning, friendly staff and a safe area. A bit of a walk in to Marigot, but worth it for the great price.

Summary: Very friendly staff. Somewhat dated building but clean overall including spotless linen and bathroom. Located in a residential area about fifteen minutes walk from the port of Marigot.

Summary: The property is nice and was just fine for what we needed. Had to walk for meals and did not expect that but made it work, the electricity went off and we had a run around to get out and into the property. This needs to be reviewed for the safety of all.
