Fantastic duplex offers 5bedrooms/2bathrooms (9 beds) comfortably sleeping 16. 4x off street parking spots behind the building in addition to a front porch for you to relax on. Perfect for family & friends who want to enjoy a relaxing getaway together. Located close to sports bars, steakhouses, restaurants and brewpubs. There are plenty of options for you to choose from to make your trip memorable!
THE SPACE
Both units consist of 3000sqft of a private building (your rental is the entire building). Private parking behind the building. Two living room areas and two kitchens which are fully equipped if you'd like to cook in. There is plenty of room for the entire group to spread out and relax in privacy. Detailed layout as follows:

1st Floor: Kitchen/living/dining; sleeper sofa in the living room;
2nd Floor: Bedroom #1 (1x queen bed); full bath #1 in the hall; Bedroom #2 (2x queen beds).

Located in the Manchester neighborhood on North Side of Pittsburgh, and a short distance to North Shore, which is home to the city’s professional football and baseball stadiums, Heinz Field and PNC Park. There are tons of lively sports bars, steakhouses, restaurants and brewpubs for you to pop in and out of. The Andy Warhol Museum showcases an extensive collection of the artist’s pop-art paintings and archives, while families enjoy gazing at celestial wonders in Carnegie Science Center's planetarium.

Summary: Just got back from our stay at the rental home and overall, we had a great experience! The home had a cozy, homey feel with lots of character. It was an older home that was renovated, so there were some little imperfections here and there, but that just added to its charm. We had plenty of parking with off-street parking for 4 cars, which was convenient for our large family. The heat in half of the home went out on the first night, but it was promptly fixed first thing in the morning. It was a bit chilly that first night, but we made do. There were lots of beds, so everyone in our family had a comfortable place to sleep. From my 70-year-old dad to my youngest nephew who is 5, everyone was happy. And the best part? We were able to bring our dog along with us, as pets are permitted at this rental. We did find some food that previous guests had left behind (an open bag of cheese curls under the bed), so it seems like the cleaning crew may have missed that. But overall, the place was clean and well-maintained. The location of the home was perfect for us, with easy access to the stadium and casino. And those “Pittsburgh stairs” added to the charm of the place. All in all, it was a perfect spot for our trip and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future. #HomeAwayFromHome #CharmingRental #FamilyGetaway 🏡🐾🌟

Summary: We rented this place for 6 family members all coming to visit my daughter, her husband and 2 month old baby. The stairs were a little hard on the older members, but everyone did just fine and we really enjoyed our visit and Thanksgiving dinner, which we cooked from scratch at the house. It's very well equipped, with 2 kitchens and plenty of dishware, pots and pans, silver, etc. Very easy to enter and exit, fun neighborhood, very clean place.

Summary: We were so impressed by this property. Perfect for multiple families to have a little space in each unit and have the main kitchen and sitting areas to be together. Quick walk to North shore and easy to drive to as well. Would definitely stay here again

Summary: The property was great. It is an older home, but the owner did a great job at updating it and making it very comfortable for families that want to stay in the city. The location was great, with quick access to the interstates. I would highly recommend this property for larger families.

Summary: This home accommodated 10 of my family and friends in town for college graduation. The home is a typical city row home in a quiet neighborhood that has easy access to the city. It is clean and well suited for groups. The host was outstanding and had clear communication throughout the booking and check out process. Highly recommend. We will stay here again when my child graduates with her Masters degree!
