Positive: Very good location in central area, very convenient to go anywhere and close to the metro station

Negative: No clear sign on the door and hard to figure out which floor is the right one since the building doors look all same.

Positive: Lovely location only 5 minutes from the nearest tube and a lovely park A few excellent restaurants within walking distance and a couple of supermarkets Spacious bedrooms with lovely linens

Negative: The sitting area had only one sofa which when the apartment sleeps 6-8 makes it difficult to relax on an evening. There were some chairs in the bedroom but they weren’t the sort to relax in. The information said 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed, however it wasn’t a sofa bed but a sofa that you could sleep on which was ok for us but I think that needs to be made clear in the description Also the information does need to say the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. It is a lot of steps with luggage and may be a challenge for some people

Positive: The location to the nearby Metro and cafés was perfect, and the beds were comfy!

Negative: Took 3 days to convince the staff to that we were missing the advertised toiletries in the apartment. Unapproachable stains, dirt, and hair in the living room couch, rug and floor. Had to put a bedsheet over the couch, put away the rug, and mop the floor ourselves.

Summary: Great location but poorly cleaned, and a responsive but slow-to-act staff.

Positive: Everything was great and the staff was very responsive. The location is perfect 2 min from the metro station. Everything was tidy and clean and you had all the necessary equipment in the kitchen

Negative: We had a problem with the smell in the toilet during the night. There was probably some problem with sewage and it was very unpleasant to use the toilet in the morning.
