Summary: This suite is quite spacious and a benefit is that it has beds for up to 7 people, but it is in need of some TLC. The walls in all rooms are scuffed and dented and need new paint. The kitchen has only very minimal supplies which are in not great condition. There is coffee shampoo and soap, but no helpful extras like salt, pepper, paper towels etc. The bedding, towels and floors were very clean and street parking was easy enough to find. The bunk beds in the living room and single bed in the bedroom have seen better days, the mattresses feel worn out and the bunk bed sways significantly if someone is on the top bunk. All in all it is worth it for a night to stay and to not have to pay for two hotel rooms for a larger family/group, but I wouldn’t recommend for any kind of sustained vacation or if you plan to stick around the accommodation most of the time.

Summary: The location is a good place, it is easy to access to local Vietnamese markets. The room is clean and nice. the room that I booked didn’t come with kitchen however I booked 2 rooms because we went with a group of people and others room had kitchen and most of the stuff that you need to cooking. In general, that place is good and convenient for family.

Summary: It felt like we were in a makeshift extension where someone lives & moves out for the weekend. They even left their worn sliders for us. The sitting area was in an unlocked conservatory, the room was locked by a simple padlock so at night so you close from inside without padlock - didn’t feel so secure. The area is in a predominantly Sikh residential area so not much going on. It was expensive for what it was. The host answered my calls when I couldn’t find how to access the property at the back, it wasn’t clear which area of the extension was the suite. There was not much sound proofing either as I heard someone return to their lodging at 4am & bang about.

Summary: Family suite was spacious. Easy to deal with owner and communication was great. Easy to find the location and use of access code to enter. Only recommend more towels. There was shampoo and conditioner but no body wash. We didn’t have face cloths. Otherwise great accommodation, communication and location. Thanks for having us!

Summary: I would recommend this property to anyone . It was clean all amenities were convenient and well maintained. Could have used more blankets other then that it was satisfactory

Summary: Great property in a great neighborhood. It is someone's home and the hosts were great, very nice and communicated with us. The suite was perfect for a family of 5 ad we explored the city and relaxed in the evenings.

Summary: There was no wash clothes, no top sheets on the beds, only bottom sheet and dirty comforters, the steps going down to the basement are about to fall in, and we was afraid that we were going to fall going in and out the steps. The bottom sheet looked like they had even been switched out we had to sleep on top of the bed covers. bathtub had to be washed and clean before we could get a shower, horrible

Summary: This two room one bath "suite" was very bare bones! For example, one very thin pillow per person, three postage stamp towels and two wash cloths for four people, no top sheet for the beds, mold on shower walls, and $20.00 per load of wash plus a washing fee to use the washing machine. I guess the washer price was in Canadian dollars? Regardless, we would not stay there again for $424 US dollars a night.
