Our place is a family, kids & pet friendly, newly upgraded interior & yards around the house. We are 1 mile away from University of Redlands, few miles away from Loma Linda University & Hospital, Loma Linda VA Hospital, Redlands Community Hospital and shopping areas. Our property has a big front and side yards with playground and two free level 2 EV chargers (Tesla & other). For other EV cars, make sure to bring different 220v adapter configurations to match your car. Perfect for big family.

Summary: Property was clean. Large yard space. Quiet. There was an unusual smell in the largest bedroom in one location. Seemed to be coming from under the floor. Otherwise everything was as advertised.

Summary: My son and daughter in law live right around the corner from the house so it was the ideal place for my other son and his girlfriend and me and my husband to stay during our holiday visit. My younger son brought his dogs who had a wonderful time enjoying running around the yard. It was a great gathering spot for us to have meals, play games, and enjoy each other’s company. It was centrally located for everything in Redlands. The place was clean, well organized, and the host was extremely attentive in communicating through messages and the copious amount of labels on everything in the house.One caution is that the side yard has goat head or devil head weeds and one got stuck in one of the dog’s paw, but other than that, everything was great! This will be our first choice for future family gatherings.

Summary: Nice, well kept home. Plenty of room outside to relax. Close to downtown and restaurants. Neighborhood not the fanciest but safe. Host did a great job communicating everything from check in to property details.

Summary: We stayed here for a week while our daughter and son in law moved to Loma Linda for a radiology residency. The house was perfect. So clean. So organized. So big. The property was beautiful. The hosts thought of everything for our comfort and fun. There were yard games and golf clubs and board games. I would 100% stay here again.

Summary: The unit is very clean and comfortable. Security of the gates and parking for our cars offered peace of mind. Great communication with the management. Location in a quiet neighborhood and close to town. Was advised to be aware of potential issues with neighbors regarding noise, we had NO issues by simply following the rental rules. Definitely look forward to staying again.
