This newly renovated family home is a spacious 1800 sq ft with comfortable furnishings and bright light. There is a large dining room and kitchen fully stocked with all supplies necessary to feel at home. Downstairs includes a living room with a very comfortable reclining sectional, as well as one bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs there are the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms including a master bedroom suite to truly relax. Pull in a two car garage with washer and dryer to feel at home!
The space
Between dining room and kitchen there is seating available for 12. Kitchen comes fully stocked with all essentials including coffee maker, slow cooker, air fryer, george foreman, stand mixer, electric roaster, and many kitchen gadgets!
The downstairs living room has a very comfortable reclining couch. Mounted smart tv is on a full swivel and tilt mount that can pull out and fully face couch, kitchen, or dining room. Bookshelf of fan favorite games to enjoy including a poker set and folding poker table are located beneath the tv.
The patio is accessible by french doors through the kitchen and living room.
Patio has seating for 16 and offers an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, sink, mini-fridge, and wine fridge. The large yard and pool will give you hours of family fun!
***Please note that pool in NOT heated and typically comfortable enough for use early May through October.
Master bedroom includes king size bed, small desk or vanity, large closet, and full bathroom including his and her sinks and walk in shower with dual shower heads.
Hall bathroom shared by two spare rooms with bathtub.
Spare Room 1 includes a queen bed and smart TV.
Spare Room 2 includes two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds)

Summary: The house seems to be in a great neighborhood. Convenient to many restaurants and activities. We all enjoyed the pool. Only two issues, the thermostat is set to 72. You can change it but it is only good for 2 hours. Not easy to work and with the heat and humidity in July, we were uncomfortable. Also, feel like the cleaning crew definitely doesn’t go above the absolute standards. Kitchen appliances weren’t wiped down real good. The owners of the home were amazing! Quick to respond and were very friendly.

Summary: We took 7 boys and 2 adults to this property! Had a wonderful time using the pool and the location was great! Made great memories!

Summary: Great size of our group. We were 6 in total. Some space for more if needed. Backyard was unexpected in size. Space for some sports and whatnot. Also wasn’t expecting the fireplace, I can’t remember if I saw it in the picture. That was a nice touch. Pretty stocked kitchen area, clean, just great overall. Definitely recommend. Only thingggg which isn’t even really a thing but just a litttleeee “warning” to others is that you can hear everything from everywhere lol like I could hear conversations from downstairs and vice versa. But again not even a big thing. The kitchen is the most modern or updated thing in the house it was really nice we decided to only eat in.
