Summary: House was clean and overall a beautiful home. Day 1 toilet plugged up, had to fix board slats under box spring half the boards fallen off clearly visible. Mattress worn out very uncomfortable up stair bedroom on the right. Ice machine in frig did not work. Fire extinguisher upstairs empty. Had to get our own towels out of the dryer and fold them. Hot tub jet worked for about 10 minutes and would not come back on. Could only use the hot tub the one time. Deck boards missing on the gilling decking. Out side we had a wonderful visit. Recommend attention the these type of details are very important.

Summary: Location was amazing and the house really provides lots of sleeping areas. It was a little odd - the home seemed to be mid-renovations. There were some places int he house that were a bit unfinished. The living room set up was a bit off (large couch not facing the view and unable to watch the TV in the living/kitchen space). Overall really enjoyed the property!

Summary: Overall it was great. The property was being repaired so we worked around that. Our only big complaint was the master bedroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was sand in the bed and the duvet smelled of male body odor. We couldn’t use the bbq since it was completely covered in rust. The location is spectacular and the house is lovely. It’s very peaceful and quiet there.

Summary: We LOVED this place! The couches are SO COMFY! We spent plenty o’time in the hot tub. And beach walkin thru out the day, a short skip away. Beautiful. So many spaces to explore inside…game room downstairs was a big hit. Room for a large crew! The home is well appointed for dogs which we appreciate for our canine component. Thank you!!

Summary: Home is in a perfect location right on the water with beautiful views, especially from the upstairs deck. Home is beautiful but with an odd layout. With how many guests it can accommodate it needs a bigger dining room table.

Summary: Great house and location, safe, nice neighborhood. Our only complaint was the condition of the homes carpeting. Every room had large stains. I get that this home allows dogs, but for the price, carpets NEED to be clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a perfect location in Long Beach, just a short walk over the dunes to the beach. It is also north of town so the beach is less crowded. The house was very clean and well decorated. The house has a great game room that everyone loved: ping pong, foos ball, etc. Definitely recommend staying there if you are in Long Beach.
