The house is only minutes from patrolled beaches and the famous Currimundi lake which is treasured by locals because of the unspoiled water ways which make it perfect for a family outing. With Sunshine Coast attractions on your doorstep .
Only 850m to the shopping centre for all your supplies, 750m to Parklands Tavern, 6 minutes drive to Dicky Beach Surf Club, 16km to Australia Zoo, 7km to Aussie World Theme Park. 17 minutes drive to the popular beach of Mooloolaba and SEA LIFE Aquarium. 24 minutes to the Sunshine Coast Airport and 68km to Brisbane Airport.
The house has a resident cat “Midnight” who will be here with you to receive cuddles. She is a friendly cat who loves children. She is self sufficient so no need to do anything for her.

You are required to purchase your own after that.
Guest access:
Entire use of house but please note garage will not be of use to guests as well as the front room. There is ample parking on the driveway and street.
Please remember that the property is located in the residential area and it is appreciated that all noises are kept to a minimum. We have a zero tolerance policy to excessive noise and appreciate that noice ceases at 10.30pm.

Summary: This is the owner’s home and from moment your holiday starts there, they certainly make you feel at home too. It is a clean and very comfortable home. It was a great open space with enough room in the lounge and dining for 6 of us to all sit together. There are plenty of other places to be, play and relax when we wanted time apart to find some alone time. The kids loved the pool and trampoline! The layout is great that we can safely watch them from inside or outside the house while doing our own thing. If you are a Simpson’s fan - this is the place for you with several games - my kids were addicted to the arcade game you can play! They provided some initial supplies which is always so helpful, and were really touched by the welcome message and personal touches. When we did have to contact the owner on two occasions, they responded and assisted us quickly. We even met the friendly neighbour who took the bins out for us! It is well located as it is only about 10 minute drive to the beach and shops. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely consider staying again. Thanks so much Lenny!
