This is a family get-a-way home!! You'll find this home perfect for small family gatherings, or corporate work stays. Get ready to unwind the moment you step into this home, located in a safe and secluded cul-de-sac, only a short drive to Uptown Charlotte. Your group will enjoy the grounds and expansive layout, including the Man Cave that everyone will enjoy! Not to mentioned our recently renovated in-ground swimming area, this is the BEST part of our home to enjoy during the day and relax In the hot tub at night!
This ranch and a half has a private entry to the master bathroom/bedroom from the pool area and the main living space, which has a king bed and a day bed, The main floor also has 1 queen bedroom and one room with 2 twin beds, we consider that the kiddos room ;) upstairs are 2 rooms with queen beds, (no bathroom upstairs, hence the 1/2 ranch) But we also have a fold out queen couch in the living room, a futon in the man cave (with a full bathroom amd steam shower) and two roll away beds that your welcome to use!
PLEASE know this is a FAMILY home NOT A PARTY house! If your intentions are to have a group/family reunion/gathering the number of guest allowed at this property ARE 12, NO MORE, regardless if they are staying the night IN OUR HOME,!! We have neighbors we have to respect and past guest have shown us that anymore then the minimum is to MUCH! Our home is not an event destination, it is A HOME!

Summary: Great location that is right in Charlotte but you feel like you are mikes away from anyone! The pool, hot tub and sunroom were great hangout spots for everyone. Comfortable beds with plenty of towels!

Summary: The current pictures do not do the house justice. The house has been completely updated and it is beautiful! We spent endless hours in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub at night. We also had a great time in the man cave and we battled on all of the arcade games as well as pool and shuffleboard! We had no issues finding the house and doordash didn't either. The house is very clean, has almost everything you need and the owner is great with communicating! We definitely plan on coming back!

Summary: Our family had a great time staying at this property. It was clean and very comfortable. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the pool table and video arcade games along with the pool and relaxing hot tub. It's in a nice secluded and quiet area. We will stay here again!

Summary: We stayed at this property for a family retreat with ages 1-50 years. The bedrooms were as described and everyone enjoyed comfortable beds, pillows and linens. There are two twin roll-away cots good for teens/young children, two pack-n-play cribs and one baby gate.The outdoor space was great; the autumn trees and secluded property made for a nice stay.Lots of games, pool table, shuffleboard, arcade games for the kids and a hot tub for the adults (pool was nice but too cold to swim in Nov).Kitchen was pretty well stocked with utensils but there were only six drinking glasses. For a property that sleeps 14, there should be at least that many (complete) place settings available. Also take note (per the listing) there are no fried foods permitted (we cooked our bacon outside on the electric griddle we brought).We had an adequate number of towels but not many extras. There was no detergent to wash/recycle towels as needed. Also, there was only four rolls of toilet paper and no back up supply. Again, for a home that sleeps 14, this should be taken into consideration or list it in the description so we can prepare accordingly.IMPORTANT NOTE to the owners and future travelers: **exterior doors should absolutely have a secondary LOCK or chain due to the swimming pool and built-in hot tub** We are a family of medics and first responders and this lack of safety made us all hyper-aware and somewhat difficult to feel at ease on the property with toddlers accompanying us.Although the pool is “fenced”, the gate did NOT lock. The kitchen door directly leading to the pool has an easy-open handle and only one simple lock on the handle that any child could open. There is no screen door on the covered porch so it’s only a matter of 25 feet to the pool. The main entrance (front door) has an electric lock and we could not lock it from from the inside—our 15mo old grandson was able to open the door himself. There are SIX doors leading to the outside—MANY ways for a child to wander unnoticed—a simple chain on each door will preven a tragedy from happening.Overall we had a good stay. The house is comfortable for groups with older guests but unless some safety features are added, this may not be the best home for babies and toddlers.

Summary: Great place for a large family getaway; 3 full baths; 5 bedrooms; slept all of us comfortably (10); came with all of the pool towels, linens and bath towels. Many amenities in the house - spices, soaps, toilet paper paper towels, coffee, sugar, cleaning supplies (including laundry soap, dish soap, bathroom cleaner); large property - pool and hot tub extremely clean; area was fairly private; they ask to "keep the noise down" after 10pm as there is another property located next door. Had a wonderful time; grocery stores nearby. Only downfall was Uber/Lyft had a difficult time finding the location (although we found the location easily with apple car play); It was a busy weekend - octoberfest + carolina football game.
