Summary: This property was everything it presented as online. We had a family reunion vacation here with 8 adults and 3 teenage kids. They layout of the home was great! Rooms are spread out so you have your space and time away if wanted. Everything was great! I think the only thing we would have changed was there should be more music options on the built in sound system. Such a great feature, however we were bummed that there were really only 2 stations/channels to choose from. Needed to have more variety or the option to hook up your phone to the system. Overall a minor thing as we had brought our own speakers anyways but just a thought :) This is truly a beautiful property and we were all very happy with our stay! Thank you for having us! If we choose Bend for another trip we will most definitely be back.

Summary: Perfect house in Bend. Just a 10 minute drive to downtown. House is gorgeous and perfect for groups and family get togethers with enough space to spread out and have fun. Hope to stay at again.

Summary: Beautiful well appointed home in lovely rural setting. Our family traveled from Texas to celebrate Thanksgiving week and to meet new granddaughter living in Redmond. Property manager was extremely helpful and responsive when we experienced a couple of issues with the hot tub and propane. Everything was addressed in a timely manner and appropriately resolved. Would highly recommend for a family gathering.

Summary: Had a great time with 9 others utilizing the full suite of amenities including spa, game room, living room, kitchen, plenty of restrooms/showers, and backyard BBQ. Good space from neighbors so felt very private. Also kitchen was incredibly nice and well stocked. Highly recommended for a group of folks looking for a good solid home base for Bend exploration. Only downside is Uber/Lyft can be spotty and it's a ~15 drive to downtown.

Summary: Beautiful house and grounds with all the space you need! We had 12 people total, adults, young and infant kids and both the indoor and outdoor space allowed for the kids to roam free and play and the adults to never feel cramped. A truly amazing space. Ample bathrooms was such a bonus and the game room a complete hit. Well stocked and huge kitchen made chaotic morning meal prep a breeze. Can’t say enough good things about this house, highly recommend it. Communication was always prompt and easy. Thank you for providing a wonderful space for a incredible family reunion!
