Summary: We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The home was well kept and all amenities were accessible per the description. Roku in every room was a plus. The host was very prompt in communicating with us .. happy to recommend.

Summary: The house was a perfect place for me and my family to stay for our daughter’s wedding weekend. There were six of us and it has plenty of room for all of us to be together or have our own space. Each room has its own tv and there are three full baths, so we didn’t have to share. The town of Lincoln and the neighborhood is so nice and quiet and not too far from anywhere we needed to go. The only thing that could use improvement is the central air upstairs. It was over 90 degrees each day we were there and the upstairs rooms got very warm. We were told to turn the thermostat down to 65 and turn on all the fans, which did help but then the downstairs was freezing and the ones staying in the room down there were too cold. Otherwise we had a great stay and it was perfect for us.

Summary: Very clean, good location for Roseville, Richland, Lincoln event. We were there for family wedding and the location was great. Stefanie was easy to get a hold of and receptive of our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Overall, the home is a great value, well laid out for family vacations. That being said, the kitchen lacks. We cooked a lot and the cook ware lacked, cooking bowls were few. Chopping boards were all broken. It would be nice to have things like aluminum foil, storage bags, plastic wrap….If somebody was coming to use the house for sleeping and gathering and not cooking, the house meets those expectations and more.
