Summary: Home was clean and spacious. The pool and screened in outdoor seating were terrific as the weather was very warm for early April. The kitchen furnishing/supplies were somewhat sparse for our group of 4 who cooked each night. The residential neighborhood location was okay for our exploration of the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks, but it is a drive to restaurants and shops.

Summary: The property is nice. We consisted of five adults. I would not recommend because the top bunk is small. It worked for us because we only stayed two nights. We were there for a funeral. It’s a perfect home for a small family with children or two couples. There’s a pool table, pool, tvs in every room and the patio. Peaceful neighborhood.
