Summary: Property was great having the six bedrooms was awesome. Five bathrooms pool and spa. Great needs to be updated a little. Needs a good paint job and furniture updated specially mattresses. In the garage needed to be swept out lots of bugs in the corners. Of course they were dead. The drive to Universal is a little further than we thought and there was a mixup on the property that we got sent the first time other than that everything was awesome would recommend.

Summary: Perfect for our Adult Sibling trip, we each had our own room with a bathroom. House was big enough to give everyone their own space and still allow for family movies, games and meals.

Summary: The number of bedrooms & bathrooms worked great for our group. The location was good as it was not a long drive to Disney properties. The pictures that are online are misleading according to what we found at the house. Examples: the pictures showed 2 family rooms with tvs, but there was only one. The pictures showed a bright game room in the garage, but there was only one small light in the ceiling which wasn’t even over the game tables. Overall it was an enjoyable week. It just had some disappointments when we first walked through the house.

Summary: We really enjoyed the home, there was a total of 9 of us, 2 teens, 4 young adults and 3 adults. It was insanely hot so we just spent most of our time hanging out in the pool, inside in the ac or getting ice cream lol. The house is very large, and everyone was able to have their alone time when needed or hang out all together without feeling crowded. I’m my opinion, the best feature wasn’t the amazing pool/hot tub, or the fun game room bit it was the fact that everyone (couple) had their own bathroom, there were a TON of them and it was so nice. The house was clean, had all the things we required to cook/eat. I knew in advance to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and toiletries so we were fully prepared for our stay. A couple questions came up and I emailed Michelle and got an almost immediate response. I highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back! Thanks for letting us stay!

Summary: The address listed is not the address of the property. The owner did make me aware of this before booking. The house itself is ok. It needs a lot of work. It really needs a fresh paint job. The microwave door is broken. Several lights don't work. There are wires sticking out of the wall in the garage. The pool sticks need replacing. The oven sensor came on while we were there and wouldn't go off. 5 out of 8 pool chairs were broken when we arrived. We paid extra for pool heat, I got in the hot tub and was immediately electrocuted twice by one of the jets. We let the owner know and she basically called me a liar saying that there was no way I could have been electrocuted in the hot tub because since it didn't have lights in it, it didn't have electricity to electrocute me. My father is a certified pool technician and used to work for the power company, so he knows its possible. They sent out several people to check it out and supposedly fixed it the next day, so I tried again and was once again electrocuted. I asked if we could possibly be moved to another house and was told that, that wouldn't work because she couldn't guarantee that the same thing wouldn't happen at another location. Needless to say we were unable to use the pool or hot tub at the house which was one of the main reasons I rented this house in the first place. A lot of the furniture is falling apart and needs repair or replacing. I wouldn't stay here again and would not recommend these owners to anyone.
