This new house located in a quiet street of Bundalong boasts all the amenities and features you are looking for to enjoy a family holiday on the beautiful Murray River. A true family home for all ages especially children.
Within walking distance of the river and local boat ramp, this property is ideally suited for enjoying all this area has to offer; the river, boating, fishing, and waterskiing activities.
The local general store, Watt's in Bundalong cafe and the Bundalong tavern are within a short walk.
A 15min drive into Yarrawonga is the main local township with all your shopping needs. Heading 30km east towards Wodonga is the beautiful town of Rutherglen with a huge selection of regional wineries and restaurants. The Queen's birthday weekend in June is the highly popular Winery Walkabout for this region.
A 5 bedroom home with a large outdoor room adjacent to a resort style swimming pool, outdoor lounges and BBQ area. 3 phase fully ducted heating and cooling zoned for upstairs and downstairs.
Sleeping up to 16 people. All bedrooms have walk in robes and are designed for couples, those with young children to sleep in with parents, and an older children's bunk style room. The master bedroom with a double sized ensuite and huge walk in robe, has a king sized bed and balcony with river views. All bedding is supplied (doonas, pillows and blankets). BYO LINEN.
All living areas are located downstairs - lounge and rumpus room with Smart TVs compliment a large open plan living area adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen, central island caesar stone bench and breakfast bar. The dining room has seating for 10 and compliments this open plan design further whilst overlooking the outdoor room and pool.
There is a downstairs powder room, sitting room, and full laundry.

Summary: So much space for our group of 7 adults and 8 tweens Quiet area but close to activities Great cooking facilities and heaps of bowls and board etc to making staying here for a group of 15 great All bedrooms were spacious and heaps of room for bedding and luggage Being able to have use of linen would be a huge bonus !!
