Summary: I couldn't of asked more from Sarah. The place was immaculate, the communication was superb. We enjoyed it so much we plan on staying even longer next year. This was the best run VRBO I've stayed at. 5 + stars.

Summary: Holidaying from England, we've stayed on the Vista Del Lago site many times over the years, as we love the place but this was the first occasion staying at this particular property - Sleepy Hollow- and what a spectacular property it is, set in an idyllic location. Sarah & Ken, the lovely homeowners and hosts, have created a beautiful, spacious home and have thought of absolutely everything to accomodate their guests. On arrival, there was a welcoming, personalised message to us on the fridge and an array of groceries were supplied...how kind and thoughtful after our long journey - talk about outstanding hospitality; that pretty much set the tone for the whole of our holiday there. As a party of three adults, we stayed there for 16 nights and it was an absolute joy. All the amenities are there for your convenience, comfort and enjoyment; household and kitchen appliances, laundry room (including detergent and softener) bathroom accessories and toiletries, a desk and printing area, a TV in each bedroom and one in both living areas, dining and seating areas in abundance; it would be difficult NOT to find what you may need as this dwelling caters for pretty much everyone and everything. The house was spotlesslessy clean, is beautifully decorated (for the kid in all of us 🙂) light, airy, secure and safe. My family and I agreed the beds were the comfiest we've EVER slept in! There's a veranda down the side of the house and at the rear with access via the second bedroom's patio doors, a beautiful screened sunroom, looking out onto a large grassed area. Waking up on a morning and venturing straight out into the sunshine, watching the wildlife and the world go by, mesmerised by the thunderstorms in the afternoon and then relaxing in the warm evenings...bliss. Sarah has been wonderful; readily available and communicating throughout (before, during and after our stay) and nothing has been too much trouble. She ensured we had the best time and we're grateful to her & Ken. We loved our stay so much that we'd definitely stay at Sleepy Hollow again. Thank you.

Summary: Fantastic owners and really well stocked (kitchen, books, hygiene products--there was nothing they didn't think of). Cute park-themed decor, especially the Harry Potter Room, which our daughter loved. This was a far better experience than staying in a hotel on vacation. We were so appreciative of the owner's availability and responsiveness when our flight was super delayed. There were also food staples for us in the kitchen, which was hugely appreciated given our very late arrival time. These owners are so thoughtful!

Summary: We stayed 7 nights at this house and were very impressed. We had 4 adults and 3 kids, all ages 5 and under, including a toddling baby. The home was very clean and cozy. The beds and pillows were great quality, something we greatly appreciate. The owners had a fresh grocery order of some necessities already there when we arrived. It was very thoughtful. The cupboards were filled with all you need for a kitchen, with nice quality stuff. If you're the type to cook meals while you vacation, you won't be disappointed with the kitchen. We went to the quieter pool (not the clubhouse) with our kids and enjoyed it all to ourselves each time. It was clean and very enjoyable, with clean bathrooms. The neighborhood was quiet, and this house has a beautiful sun room overlooking a larger field, so you don't feel like neighbors are watching you in your bathrobe. The bathrooms had enough towels for the number guests and had body soap, shampoo and conditioner, along with some other nicer supplies, and hair care items (blow drier, flat iron). Again, overall very clean and homey. As parents, kid-friendliness is high on our list. The kids bedroom (Harry Potter themed) was a huge hit. It had some HP themed toys that the kids started playing with right away. The bookshelf in the dining room was filled with a nice selection of bedtime stories - disney themed - enough to last weeks if needed. The cupboards were filled with kid-friendly eatery, always a relief. On top of that, it was baby friendly. Our 11-month old happily played with various kid-items in the living room. The owners had the house stocked with all those things babies need, that you don't want to pack. Strollers, pack n plays, an actual crib (it had a new mattress when we arrived - very clean and new), bumbo seat, high chair, baby gates, all the comforts of home were there for the baby. That was amazing. It didn't look like old junk either, all well cared for. The owners were very helpful. When we needed some last minute arrangements, early morning gate access for an Uber, she was available and promptly replied to questions/requests. The house was nearby several stores with a fairly easy commute, given normal traffic. We visited Disney, Universal, Legoland, and Clearwater Beach, and each were a reasonable distance, again accounting for normal traffic. If you're looking for a place, this is perfect!! Highly recommend.

Summary: From the moment we arrived at Sleepy Hollow at Vista Lago it was amazing. We felt such peace and tranquillity and definitely a home away from home for us. We enjoyed our stay for the week so much we found ourselves staying in much more than expected. The home was very spacious and comfortable and filled with so many amenities that there was no need to leave or scurry for anything. We did travel with our 2 pups that we adopted during the beginning of the pandemic and it was all our first trip together and even they felt at home. I cannot thank Sarah and Ken the property owners and hosts enough for always keeping an open line of communication and ensuring the home was in tip top shape and with even a welcome basket of groceries and snacks. I cannot wait to plan my next trip to Sleepy Hollow as it will be our place to stay when in the Kissimmee/ Orlando area. Highly recommend.!

Summary: This house is amazing. We travel often and stay in various rentals. This rental had absolutely everything we needed. We did need to buy food, but we were left with fresh groceries as well which we used throughout our stay. Other than that we had everything we needed. We had adults, teens, kids and a baby. There was plenty of space to spread out. The pool was nice. Walking around the neighborhood was beautiful. Sitting in the screened patios during the evening and morning was a favorite of mine. Highly recommended.

Summary: We loved staying here!! This home is decorated with such relaxing beach vibe. Our son throughly enjoyed fishing in the ponds around the neighborhood. He caught several nice size bass. It made his trip!! The community this home is in is so peaceful. The screened in porch was where loved to hang out in the evenings. You literally are only a few minutes from all kinds of restaurants and shopping. Disney property is about 10 minutes away at most if you follow Sarah’s short cut directions. Sarah was so very kind and left us milk, eggs, a loaf of bread, pastries, fruit, orange juice and several other things to get us started for the week so that we didn’t have to run out to the store first thing. Sarah truly went above and beyond. I can not say enough nice things about this home and the couple that own it. Sarah was also so kind and very quick and easy to communicate with. Please give this place a try. We loved it and so will you!!

Summary: Great home, great location! Amazing hosts! Sarah was a pleasure to rent from. She made sure our Christmas in her home was special. Sarah decorated a lovely Christmas tree, programmed lights outside, there was Christmas decor throughout the home, even gifts for us which was such a sweet surprise. Any questions I had were responded to quickly. I’ve rented many vacation homes through the years and Sarah was the kindest host. She genuinely wants her guests to have a wonderful vacation. The attention to detail was incredible. We appreciated the starter groceries after a long drive. We were able to have a bite to eat and relax before heading out to Disney Springs for dinner. The location was very close to all Disney parks. Sarah thought of everything; great amenities in this sparking clean home. I hope to return soon!
