Summary: This property was the perfect fit for seven adults. It was clean, spacious, and had enough bathrooms for everyone to use. We noticed that the electrical receptacles in the kitchen were not working. I contacted the host who quickly responded back and the issue was taken care of. I would stay at this location again.

Summary: The house served its purpose for our stay of 6 adults for an area wedding. The house was (mostly) handicap friendly for my wheelchair bound father. There was plenty of seating and hang out areas around the house. The neighborhood felt safe and we loved the walking paths. Check-in was easy and straight forward. However, there were a few negatives. First, the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The king bed felt like just a foam topper on a box spring. If 8 adults are staying here, you’ll need air mattresses because the upstairs bedrooms only have twin beds (as advertised but there’s no way 8 adults would stay comfortably). Also, there are limited towels, soap and trash bags for use during the week. Bring your own! Lastly, cell service around the area was horrible. Thankfully the WiFi in the house worked well enough.

Summary: My family and I rented the home for the holidays…and it was perfect. We had some issues, but the owner and management team were there to fix the issue with speed and care. We were able to enjoy the home as if it were our own. We would rent again.

Summary: Very pleased with the amount of room this home provided for our family to spend time together while visiting the area. Beautiful model home decor and loved that it had a community gym and other amenities close by for our use. Easy check in and overall a very good experience. Communication was great and fast response to any questions or needs we had. It’s in a safe quiet neighborhood with walking paths and plenty to do nearby. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious family home for gathering with the perks of a pool, gym, walking paths, tennis courts and playground all nearby.

Summary: Could not get internet on TVs to work, not enough towels and place setting dishes for 6 people, one bed upstairs is unsafe held up by books, live rat in back yard, yard should be cut and foliage should be trimmed, some light bulbs burned out, laundry detergent was gross and sticky i had to was the detergent cup and the detergent basket was soile in the bottom, no ironing board, dirty lint in dryer, refrigerator--ice and water did not work and freezer has grid bottom, ice falls through on floor, this not safe
