Summary: The place was decent, but unlike what the pictures showed there was no cart to use for the beach or carpet in the living room which we would’ve liked. There were not very many pots and pans so don’t plan on cooking too much. The property manager was really nice though! Overall, there are places in the same complex that have more things for the beach that we are unable to bring on the plane like carts and coolers which this unit did not have. Can’t complain too much though because we made it work and enjoyed our vacation!

Summary: The condo itself was amazing, and all of the pools/ hot tubs were great. Everyone was super friendly. And in the lake there’s tons of turtles and fishes. Even got to see the alligator a few times! Definitely recommend this place!!

Summary: We loved the condo. Everything was wonderful and the location great. We parked on the 6th floor and walked straight to the room. Very convenient. The balcony looking over the bay was great and my grandson loved seeing the alligator! Armen, the owner, was on the ball when we contacted him with anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The property was fantastic. Everything was newer and the amenities were great. Being on the 6th floor near the parking garage is. Blessing and a curse. The convenience of not fighting for the elevators was nice but the noise and traffic passing by was a irritating by the end of the week. However all in all I would stay again.
