Summary: I was VERY disappointed with the cleanliness of this property. Most of the kitchen dishes were dirty with dried food (severe dishwasher residue). Kitchen cabinets/drawers were cluttered with food crumbs/messy. There was a moldy spa stool in the Master Bath where the towels were placed. We were given ONE towel per person ( I enjoy having 2) so that was frustrating. The MB closet had a window screen with bird feces leaning against the wall. A previous review mentioned exposed wires during their stay- We saw the wires had been taped down to the wall with clear packing tape (assuming solution by owners). Lightbulbs were mismatched (watts/light color) in the bathrooms- in addition to some flickering related to the light switch itself-so that was frustrating when getting ready. The outdoor sitting area was very dirty and not enjoyable. Overgrown weeds, 2 molded umbrellas laying on the ground, other random items lying around, 2 screen doors that are severely ripped (junky) and the exterior in general needs cleaning. The owner did check in with us the first day and offered to come clean the dishes- we declined. I was also told I could throw away the molded spa bench and get more towels from a closet. So she was responsive with the main issues at hand. Overall, I'm not sure how previous reviews said this property was "extremely clean". It is a beautiful home with MUCH NEEDED TLC!!! It has a ton of potential, but unfortunately that's not what we experienced.

Summary: The Weekendah was so great! My family came over for a big dinner one night and it was perfect for all ages – plenty of space for the kids (3, 5, 8, 8, 10) to play and great space for the adults to mingle. There are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind if you have anybody with mobility issues in your group. Additionally, Val was so flexible and communicative – truly an A+ host.

Summary: The Weekendah was a wonderful getaway property. Located in a very picturesque location (typical New England), this property is perfect for an extended family getaway. The amenities are as described, although due to rainy weather, we were not able to enjoy the patio as we had hoped. Great location, easy to get to other areas for day trips (we went to Newport RI one day), there is enough to enjoy locally. The hosts, Val in particular, are so easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions or requests. The only caveat is that there are several staircases, main level with kitchen and most bedrooms is up a flight from the main level. This was not a big issue for us but something folks need to be aware of. Thank you Weekendah for a wonderful getaway!

Summary: Overall we had a great time. The upstairs has lots of windows and is nice and bright. Unfortunately, we could not get the upstairs fireplace to work or the downstairs projection TV.

Summary: House was clean, welcoming, and filled with anything we could ever need. Lots of toys and games to entertain kids when not at the beach. Quick walk to the beach made even better with the wagon they had for us. Plenty of room for kids, parents, and grandparents to spread out. Everyone loved watching the sun set from the widow's walk. Communication with homeowner was top notch - they made sure everything was perfect. Would highly recommend!
