Summary: Pros: the house was clean, quiet, well appointed and very very comfortable. The welcome basket and snacks were terrific, and we appreciated the directions to the local market. Sitting on the porch in the morning drinking coffee and watching birds on the pond was a great way to start the day. Cons: the pictures are NOT current. There is a wooden fence surrounded the back yard (nbd) and a trailer trailer right off the front corner of the house. It is definitely permanently parked there, surrounded by fence. There’s also an above ground pool right off the back corner of the house with a deck and steps attached to the trailer. Definitely no sense of privacy since we had no idea who might show up when, within arms reach of my dads window. And there is no dining table, as shown in the pictures. Made it difficult for my 89 year old father to eat, since he’s not steady on bar stools or balancing a plate.
