Located in an ideal spot on Winda Woppa 50 metres to Jimmy's Beach to the left and 50 metres to the Myall River to the right. The beach entrance is located directly at the end of the street.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, one bathroom being an ensuite to the main bedroom. Upstairs there is a large open plan kitchen with dishwasher, lounge and dining that leads onto a large balcony with a BBQ and comfortable furniture. On the third level, there is a loft area with 3 further beds.
There is a DVD player with a range of DVD's for your use as well as a number of games to keep you and your family entertained.
This property is perfet for 2 families holidaying together with a playground located at the end of the street.
There are 2 driveways on the property and plenty of room to park a boat with the boat ramp only 300m down the road.
Local clubs and restaurants offer complimentary courtesy buses to their restaurants and bars.

Summary: We loved our stay in this absolutely gorgeous part of the world. The house was super clean with all the amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, required for a relaxing stay. The lounge area was just perfect for indoor/outdoor living with floor to ceiling window views of surrounding trees. Out host Megan was incredibly responsive. Would loved to have stayed longer.
