Positive: Spacious. Quiet area. Nice apartment.

Negative: Shower pressure was almost non existant but i reported it and owner was going to fix it. Hopefully issue is resolved by now. Kitchen utensils were somewhat sparse.

Positive: Nice and spacious, well fit for 3-4 people, would be fine for 5 as well (provided you are really good friends :P). Has access to facilities such as a fridge, plates, cutlery, stove, cooking plates and water boiler.

Negative: I really did not expect to have to pay 100€ in city tax for four people for four days, but that's more on me for not doing proper research on the matter.

Positive: I liked the fact that the appartment is large compared to others I've stayed in. It was very clean, near to the train station and close to the city center by bus. It is on a very quiet street and it has a cute balcony.

Negative: All was very good.

Positive: Very spacious apartment, suitable for family of 5-7 pax. The rooms were large and clean, shower gels were provided in the bathrooms too. Spacious kitchen and dining table for 8. Wifi works well. Location is close to a bus stop which can take you to Bologna Centrale ( about 4-5 stops), otherwise you can take a 20 min walk from station. Nice local neighbourhood for families. There's a lift that will take you to the apartment after 3 small steps up. Landlord was kind and checked in if we settled in OK. Self check in with code provided.
