This 5-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Fallbrook. The adorable property features plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind. This unique mediterranean design estate is new renovated, elevated position provides peaceful and panoramic views. The home offers complete privacy and modern comforts. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

The home has been completely renovated to modern/contemporary standards with Spanish and Moracco style elements. It's opened for booking in June 2025.

The pool is immaculately maintained and ready year-round. Pool heating is not included in the booking price; you can enjoy heating for an additional cost of $100 per day. The fee must be agreed upon and paid in advance.

Summary: Great place for large families! However, it would have been nice to know that the ADU (4 twin beds and futon) did not have working AC. Luckily the weather was pretty moderate. We had We had 4 adults and 6 teens. We had to do some shuffling with the rooms because some of the guests get super hot when they sleep. Other than that it was perfect! The kids enjoyed the trampoline, everyone enjoyed the pool, foosball, and pool table. Towels and toiletries were provided. Beds were comfortable. I would book this property again when visiting the area. Highly recommend!

Summary: Our daughter and grandkids from Washington came down for a stay… so we wanted to find a place where the whole family could fit together and swim and hang out. This was a perfect fit for us. Kids loved the pool table, the foosball table and… of course, The pool.! Worth every penny.

Summary: The house was beautiful and spacious. All guests enjoyed the pool and hot tub, although they were costly to heat. The large island in the kitchen provided lots of space to prep and gather. The pool table and other game table were nice for people to interact inside the house. The views are beautiful and relaxing. There is an ant problem both inside and outside of the house. Many guests were bitten and were left with itchy, red patches on the skin. The owners need to invest in a pest control service rather than “blowing it off” when brought to their attention. They apologized and said that there is an ant issue in Fallbrook. We loved the house, but, with the ant problem, we may choose to stay elsewhere. Additionally, the kitchen needs a few more items such as a blender, can opener, and more cloth towels. Be sure to bring extra paper towels and toilet paper as the amount provided is not enough for a large group. We wished that the fire pit was nearer to the pool/patio area as we did not end up using it. Overall, the house is lovely and well-setup for guests. The rooms are large, the master bathroom is very spacious, and the ADU in the backyard works well for parents with young children.

Summary: We used this property for a 4th of July weekend getaway with our family of 12, from grandparents to young teen grandchildren and 2 dogs & it worked great! The grounds are pretty & peaceful, the home is older but renovated spanish-style, although it could have been cleaned a bit better before our check-in. We had fun in the pool & jacuzzi, but the water was a bit murky. When the teens weren't outside in the pool, they were inside playing with the pool table. The property owner is wishy-washy & tried to go back on his commitment on allowing pets a couple days before our arrival & the property manager tried to demand that our entire party be there at the same time for check-in which would have made our 1st day a late night - he also showed up right at 11A to ensure we checked out on time. This provided some unnecessary stress for our family weekend...but we still enjoyed the property & the family memories we made..a 3 star stay!

Summary: We came down to Fallbrook to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and I am not exaggerating when I say everyone had such a blast! The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and Carlos and Xophe were amazing hosts and very communicative to ensure our stay went smoothly. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy, and so many fun activities in the house. We will definitely be booking again!
