Positive: Everything! The accommodation was exceptionally clean, organized, and spotless. Our host was generous, kind, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed always quick to respond and super helpful with every detail. The location was excellent, and having the Ötztal Summer Card included was a huge bonus. Highly recommended!

Positive: Everything! The apartments are brand new and very clean. Bedrooms and baths were very big and comfy, each bedroom had a balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and it made cooking in the apartment very easy. Good underground parking and a nice playroom for the kids in the basement. There were washing machine and dryer in the basement which was a great extra. The location was brilliant, just outside the city with everything close by, in a quite street, we enjoyed walking around. Hans the owner is very nice and friendly. communication was super easy.

Positive: The apartment is amazing, very clean, spacious, modern and nicely decorated. It has two bedrooms, each bedroom has a toilet and a shower, which is very convenient when staying with kids. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, the equipment is new and very clean. There are two porches with great views. There are a washing machine and a dryer in the basement and also a playing room for kids. The location is also great, you can reach restaurants and supermarkets even on foot. You also get a summer card for your stay.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfectly equipped – everything we could possibly need was available, and nothing was missing. It was spotless clean, very comfortable, and you can truly see that a lot of thought was put into all the little details to make guests feel at home. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back again!
