Positive: Warm and welcoming hosts Ellie,Mick and Bobby 🐶, our room was spotlessly clean with lots of extra personal touches. Very comfortable bed and the breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful. There was also a lovely pub a two minute walk from the B&B

Positive: Everything. Ellie and Mick are the best hosts ever. Everything about the accommodation was first class. There are so many little extras that they have thought of. Home cooked breakfast was amazing, the whole place is impeccably clean. There is simply nothing to fault. The whole place is a credit to them both.

Positive: Wow is an understatement everything was amazing, Elle and Mike make you feel so welcome and work hard at everything they do. The breakfast was very tasty, the rooms are beautiful, clean and have everything you could possibly need it want. The little extras was such a lovely bonus. 5* plus

Positive: Our hosts were outstanding. They did everything possible to make our stay truly memorable. Bobby, the dog, added to the warmth of the welcome. The quality of the accommodation; the impeccable cleanliness and the wonderful breakfast all reflected the thoughtfulness of our hosts and contributed to a first rate experience. Huge thanks to Mick and Ellie who clearly enjoyed what they do. It was a pleasure to be their guests.

Positive: Very quiet, in a gated area of two properties down a lane off Church Lane, off the main road. Tasteful but characterful too, showing the fun side of Mick and Ellie. They are lovely people, very helpful and really want to make your stay exactly what you need. Couldn’t find fault at all. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, with everything you need. Positive: The owners - Ellie and Mick - were so welcoming and it was a pleasure to stay in their exceptional rooms. We were two couples in their two rooms for hire. We were in the area primarily for a canal boating trip on the Llangollen canal but had a couple of nights at this property prior to that. These rooms and ensuites were really well appointed and very very comfortable. There was a nice breakfast room and a small sitting room which we were able to use. Breakfast was lovely, great variety and cooked to order. Really tasty and plentiful! Ellie and Mick made loads of helpful suggestions to ensure we got the most out of our stay and pointed our things to see and visit (hotels, sites) in the surrounding area. Always so warm and friendly. There were made "little touches" in the room to make us feel welcome which were above and beyond what would normally be expected. They even kindly invited us all for a drink and a long chat in their lovely garden one sunny evening, which was very much appreciated. Great value and service. We can't recommend this property and owners highly enough.
