Positive: It was an excellent short stay - beds very comfortable, gym on site, perfect for a workout, breakfast was also very good. Can't fault this hotel at all. The staff was also great.

Negative: There are not really any communal places to sit during the day, the pool is not too shaded, only good if you want to get a tan. We went during ramadan and the bar area was closed - I understand no alcohol can be served but a shaded area to relax inside would have been appreciated.

Positive: Nice hotel if you want to stay a bit out of Nizwa center. Spacious rooms in a solid condition. Great garden with a pool, also with a child section. Polite staff and a lot of parking options. Overall, a good value for the price.

Negative: Some places might need a bit of restoration or modernisation (plastic drains around the pool, restaurant). The breakfast was not bad, but I experienced better ones in Oman. A bit difficult to reach if you don't have your own car

Positive: The building and vibe was so good

Negative: several things. The management needs to be changed. They dont know how to provide service. The pool was cold always. There was no towel and you should look for them to urge. The cleaning room was really not satidfying. The breakfast was disaster.
