Summary: Room was clean, bed comfortable, room could do with some soundproofing. Bathroom needs a little TLC, taps a bit stiff. Excellent food in the restaurant. Good value for money hotel.

Summary: Nice dog friendly hotel. Helpful & friendly staff. We had a lovely one night stay, some kids were running about on the veranda for a while which was a little loud in the room but we'd forgotten it was the school holidays. A few little things would've made it perfect, like towel hooks on the bathroom door, coat hooks by the door and a more powerful shower but we had a lovely stay. The room & bathroom were clean, tidy and decorated very nicely. Plenty of walks right from the doorstep.

Summary: Lovely welcome when checking in, being able to check in early was a bonus. Room was clean, tidy and very warm on a cold day. Room was big enough for a double and a single and our large dog could fit in easily too. The restaurant, pub and sports bar allowed dogs and the food was lovely especially the breakfast. Although the rooms opened out onto the small car park, there was no noise in the evening and so we enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep. Will definitely be visiting again.

Summary: The room was a good size with large double bed and roomy bathroom. It was very cosy and warm. Perhaps could have done with an extra chair as there was only one in the room. Service was very good with friendly staff.

Summary: Unfortunately I had a knee operation 2 weeks before our stay, the staff were very considerate and helped me throughout our stay. The evening meal was excellent (steak and stilton pie)

Summary: It was just too hot to stay in the room. Would have been better if there was a electric fan in the room. Otherwise, it was all good as usual.

Summary: Had a wonderful stay. The staff were really friendly and could not do enough to make us comfortable. The hotel, bar and restaurant are truly dog friendly.

Summary: Friendly , good service, nice food, the only small thing is that the lighting in the bedroom was very dim, so could do with either brighter bulbs or some additional lights.

Summary: It was just a night away from everything. I think we finally found a place to stay happily with our dog. They had everything we needed. our dog was happy to sleep in our room without making any fuss. We enjoyed our tasty dinner at night and very good breakfast the next morning. It wasnt too noisy by the bar. It seems everyone was enjoying the night. We had lovely walks to the falls and around the hotel. We have already booked another night next month! ;););)
