Negative: The local resident who said she was with the HOA at the building gave us a hard time about parking. She said we were supposed to park across the street and not in front of the building. Then proceeded to guide her friends into the parking spots close to the building. Other than that everything was good.

Negative: Plaster from the skylight fell on my head while seated on the couch . I made several attempts to have my concern addressed. The refrigerator didn’t get cold. The freezer worked . There were ants in the kitchen. The place is nice . However some things need to be addressed.
