Positive: Great cottage very clean and well kept, neighbours friendly. Short walk to well stocked local shop and pub White Horse which served excellent food. Nearest town Hemsley had everything that you needed.

Negative: Parking was tight as on road, but managed to get in front of cottage everytime. Mind head on meter cupboard when entering as this is easy to bang head on.

Summary: Great midweek stay.

Positive: Superb location for exploring the North Yorkshire Moors. the cottage was nice and comfortable and very clean. all in all, an enjoyable stay. The "get you in" pack was also much appreciated.

Negative: Just a few points. The key retrieval was quite difficult, In the winter months, after 16:00 it's dark and it was difficult to make out the digits on a black keypad. There were no instructions for refuse collection so consequently we missed putting the bin out on the road for collection (sorry). Finally when it came to cleaning the property prior to handover we found that the rechargeable Dyson had not been put on charge by the previous user and so we couldn't use it and had to sweep the carpet areas with a small hand brush.

Summary: A lovely cottage in a lovely location.
