Summary: Every year, we make a trip to San Antonio to celebrate Día de los Muertos, and without fail, the Fairmount Hotel makes it a truly unforgettable experience. This year, Sarah went above and beyond, making us feel like family. She checked in on us multiple times, ensuring we had everything we needed and more. Her kindness and attention to detail were truly appreciated. The bartender (I wish I could remember her name!) was also wonderful—she took such great care of us and even made sure we had a cozy spot by the bar as we enjoyed a delicious meal from Nonna. The service was impeccable, and we felt so welcomed and pampered throughout our stay. The Fairmount Hotel continues to be our home away from home, and we’ll be returning year after year. Room 312 was just perfect, with beautiful views and all the little touches that make it special. Thank you to the entire team at the Fairmount for another amazing weekend. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

Summary: The staff at this hotel made it great! I will say the location is a bit misleading on a map. The Riverwalk starts across the street, so the Fairmount isn't ON the Riverwalk. But it is very close. I highly recommend eating at the Italian restaurant on the 1st floor. The food & service were exceptional!
