Positive: Overall really good hotel, expanding on what we really liked: - Food was delicious: at breakfast, in the restaurant and at the afternoon tea place - Great location walking distance to the Great Park, ideal for walks and getting outdoors - Christmas decorations created a warm, festive, and well-designed atmosphere throughout the hotel - Service was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the stay - SPA facilities were high quality, relaxing, and well managed, also really nice gym - Live music added to the overall atmosphere and made the evenings feel special

Negative: No major issues, mostly nitpicking: - Rooms were quite small for the price point (comparing to other 5-star hotels in the area), with a very little window - No actual wardrobe, the area for clothes already had a lot of stuff in it (ironing board, bathrobes etc.), no place for the suitcase - Some attention to detail would be nice: no hooks in the bathroom for bathrobes or towels, no welcome compliment in the room - For some reason both our rooms for two had one set of towels (the second one was hidden, prob due to lack of space) - The system to access the SPA with children is very inconvenient - only couple hours a day + requires booking in advance - Maybe due to high season - had to wait in a queue to be seated for breakfast

Positive: Lots of space and lounge areas, fabulous restaurants .

Negative: The only suggestions I would make are to clean the shower head in room 3010 as it was blocked and to install a fully smart tv as I had to stream Netflix from my phone and could not access bbc I player.
