Summary: Had reserved a King. Was told during check in that the king rooms were all sold out - so was given two queens. When I showed reservation was told hotels.com was a third party.

Summary: We were on the return leg of a roadtrip and arrived at the Fairmont. Beautiful exterior with attentive staff as We Valeted the car. We found the receptionist kind and efficient. Our 2 queen with a view of the water was spacious. The view was as advertised. Gorgeous bathroom with a glass shower and a tub to soak. After a day in downtown we retreated to our sanctuary in the city. The bed and bedding provide a restful night. Couldn’t be happier. This place is top notch!

Summary: Staying at the Fairmont is definitely a luxury experience. The front desk gave us an umbrella to use when it was raining and we were walking to dinner. It was the weekend of the marathon and they communicated what roads were going going to be blocked off and when to leave.

Summary: I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Pittsburgh and this is heads and heels above all of them. I had high standards and they met them all. From location to the room to the extremely nice staff it will be hard to beat the Fairmont.

Summary: Ryan at the front Desk was great. He upgraded us to the 23rd floor room. The only thing that did not happen was the turn down service but I think this was an oversight. No big deal. Overall this hotel is great and location is excellent. Very clean and upscale hotel. I loved it.
