Summary: I have emailed the hotel months in advance, requesting a particular floor in the hotel, we had stayed there 6 times already and were happiest on floor 4, city view. When we arrived this request had been ignored and we were allocated a floor which we did not want. I am unhappy at having to complain but did so as this hotel is not exactly cheap. We were eventually given the room we preferred, I just did not feel good about having to complain in the first place.

Summary: Exceptional - The level of service especially for a large hotel was notable. The staff was impeccable and the attention to detail was definitely appreciated. Despite the age of the property, the facilities and amenities felt fresh and new but managed to capture the timeless elegance of classic Monaco.

Summary: The shower in our room was the worst shower ever. Cant figure out how to control cold and hot and nothing to "close" the shower so water ends up all on the floor once your done

Summary: My absolute favourite place to visit in the world. Service is top notch, the rooms are clean and modern and there are some fantastic views to be had (the Loews Hairpin being my favourite). Easy access to the Metropole Shopping Centre, La Rascasse is maybe a 15 minute walk away and Casino Square maybe 5 minutes.
