Enjoy the beautiful seasonal POOL overlooking the lake, with extensive decks, pergola and firepit! *Pool will be open and heated from May 16-September 21, 2025*
The Fairhaven Suite is located on the lower level of the home - a perfect setup for 4 adults. It is a self-contained unit accessed from the parking area via outside stairs located at the side of the house and has its own private entrance.
In addition to the huge deck (exclusively for the use of this suite), it features a primary bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bath, the main open concept living, dining and kitchen area plus another sitting area, a second bedroom with queen bed and a second adjacent bathroom. For your convenience there is also a washer/dryer ensuite.
There is another vacation suite on the main floor of this home, so the outside amenities (pool, lower decks, pergola, firepit, etc.) are shared with other guests.
The beautiful pool overlooks the lake, with extensive decks, pergola and firepit! All guests share these wonderful amenities, with plenty of sun loungers and seating.
We welcome guests 18 and over (max occupancy in the Fairhaven Suite is 5 people (subject to surcharge for the 5th person) in 2 queen beds and a double sofa bed).
We provide all the linens & towels, a well equipped kitchen, and a propane BBQ for each suite (with 1 tank of propane included for your stay), etc. so just pack your suitcase and let your vacation begin!
The owners, Chris & Sheila, are available in the unlikely event any issues should arise. We take our guests comfort, security and enjoyment seriously - we are not absentee owners, yet we respect the privacy of our guests!
Ideally situated in the heart of Okanagan wine country, midway between Kelowna and Penticton. We are 45 minutes from the Kelowna International Airport (YLW), 25 minutes to downtown Kelowna, 10 minutes to West Kelowna and south of us (to fabulous beaches!) it is 20 minutes to Summerland and 30 minutes to Penticton.
We are located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area with breathtaking views of Okanagan Lake. We are a short 2 minute drive down the hill to the cleanest beaches on Okanagan Lake and "Swim Bay" (with the only lifeguards on the Lake). Take a stroll along the Centennial Walkway waterfront path through our quaint downtown and enjoy a variety of wonderful restaurants and pubs, ice cream shops and unique retail outlets.
We are within 10-20 minutes of numerous wineries, Okanagan ATV Tours, beautiful sandy beaches and ZipZone - the highest & fastest zipline in Canada! Fairhaven Suite is an ideal base to explore all of the sights and activities that the Okanagan Valley has to offer.
The pool is seasonally open and heated.

Summary: Our stay was very enjoyable. Large deck outside our door plus another deck just below at a nice pool to cool off in. Chris and Shelia were very helpful from booking and through out our stay. Outstanding views up and down the lake. Pictures show that and we certainly weren't disappointed! Inside has nice separation between living spaces for 2 couples or parents with kids.

Summary: Everything we were looking for on our short holiday to the Okanagan. Short drive to Kelowna, Penticton, and Naramata to enjoy wine country. Great place to enjoy the sunrise and absolutely great hosts. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Summary: Stayed for four days with my husband and young adult kids. The property is even nicer than pictured. The view is stunning, the landscaping is gorgeous and there are so many different ways to enjoy it! Chris is a fantastic host and very knowledgeable about the area and things to see and do. They supply an extra mattress pad for the sofa bed that made it extremely comfortable. The weather was very hot when we visited but the suite stayed cool, and the upper deck gets afternoon shade. The pool was a perfect temperature. The location is great- we were able to walk down to the beach (although the walk up is more challenging!). Summerland wineries and beaches are less than a half hour drive, West Kelowna is 10 min…but you can also get everything you need in Peachland! We had a fabulous time. Thanks Chris and Sheila! Hopefully we will get a chance to come back again.

Summary: The property was amazing! Will definitely be booking again when back in the area. For us it was the perfect distance to be out of town. Close (5 min drive) to groceries and the beautiful Peachland waterfront, but just far enough to be quiet and relaxing. We used it as the perfect middle spot of our wine tasting up and down the valley.
