Positive: Good choice in breakfast items. Room was clean and cool when I walked in. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Negative: Toilet paper was low. Shampoo dispenser was empty.

Positive: Room was decent but the couch was very stained in the King suite. Staff were extremely helpful and I enjoyed their friendliness. Breakfast was ok, but the taco meat was extremely spicy.

Negative: As stated, the couch was very stained and could use a good cleaning.

Positive: The breakfast can definitely be improved. The location was awesome. The beds were comfortable and clean sheets. The towels were very clean.

Negative: There was candy wrappers left from previous guest by the bed. The TV was very small, obvious repairs(patches) on the ceiling and the tub needs to be replaced or repainted as well as the caulking. I’m not sure if I was downgraded room because I used booking or because the front desk lady was not pleasant and chooses which room to give guest. I got the room next to the storage. I booked there because of the indoor pool for my kids and the water was still too cold to use.

Summary: Overall it was ok and felt safe at the location
