Summary: The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. There are two reasons for the lower rating. First, we asked the room be cleaned once on our three night stay. We even verified with the front desk it would be done. When we go back to the room late that afternoon, it hadn’t been done. We called the front dest and someone came up with fresh towels and said there would be someone to clean the room. When we got back from dinner no one had been up to clean. We needed to do laundry. The front desk told us we had to download their app. It was $4 for a wash and $4 for the dryer. But the app required a minimum of $10. Seems to me its a sneaky way to take more of my money rather than provide an honest service.

Summary: Food options at breakfast were great!! They really seemed to provide options for everyone’s taste buds; I even saw gluten free items! Muffins freshly made, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs nicely done, sausage, oatmeal, yogurts (more than 2 kinds and sizes, all the nuts — pumpkin/pepita, sunflower, walnuts, flax seeds, dried coconut, craisins/dried cranberries, waffle making fresh, great coffee, selection of various teas, cream, milk, almond milk, oat milk and at least 3 different fresh juices!! Bed accommodations were firm yet soft and comfortable, with just right amount of furniture for comfort (couch, desk, available drawer space, etc.). Charlie was nice enough to change bedding between guest stays since I had two separate people coming to stay with me for one night versus the other. Her housekeeping makes me feel right at home and keeps me coming back.🙏🙋‍♀️ Vanessa Glen and Ahman were great welcoming greeters and Vanessa always was sweet and each had warm hearts and very kind welcoming demeanors, even the nice bearded maintenance man was happy to help, although I feel bad as I missed his name. Thank you all and see you next time!!

Summary: Very nice hotel, very clean, check in very quick with competent and friendly people, ready to help. Environment calm and safe, parking free. Never been disappointed with Fairfield Inn hotel.

Summary: The welcoming person at the desk set the tone for our stay: friendly & efficient. The room was spacious, such a pleasant change from other hotels. The trash can in the room had two containers - one for recycling! Hallelujah- (come on other guys!!) It was the breakfast staff that most clearly exemplified what we want when staying at a hotel: in this case they were Gracious, friendly, and efficient. The breakfast buffet had clearly taken a hit (we’d-seen guests at the elevator with multiple plates piled high with food). The sole employee working the buffet (Christina) was simply overwhelmed…. I was tempted to offer my help….. then a member of housekeeping staff (Darlene) jumped in to help. Both stayed friendly and responsive to questions and requests while restocking everything as fast as they could. My 40 year career has made me sensitive to good & bad customer service — and this effort was a master class in keeping the customers happy while fixing a problem. That’s why I know these staff members’ names — they deserve to know that they are one of the main reasons we will look for a Fairfield hotel whenever we travel.
