Summary: The carpet was very dirty, and the wall apart in the bathroom was peeling. But the breakfast was great, and front desk staff was super friendly.

Summary: Everything was great! From booking to check in and check out things were just right. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice and the attendant was nice and helpful as well as front desk person. Will stay here again.

Summary: It was pretty clean, but when we went init thw room it was hot and took a while to cool. Otherwise, it was comfy and clean.

Summary: The receptionist gave me the keys went to the room and the bed was undone towels on the floor in the restroom, went right back to let the receptionist know she gave me a different room went to the 2nd room got there seemed clean I opened the fridge to put my baby’s milk and there’s a red stain inside the fridge (not clean) I let it go since it was already late and my kids were ready to lay down. Then I removed the bed sheets to lay down and there’s 2 long hairs on the bed it was just disgusting i had a feeling the rooms have not been cleaned properly and I don’t even know if those sheets where changed at all… good thing I always carry my own sheets and pillow cases because I would hate to sleep on dirty sheets especially my kids. I used the couch bed and omg literally no bed cover to put over the mattress I checked the closet nothing!! The couch mattress was very old and uncomfortable to sleep in. Next morning as I’m checking out there’s 2 women talking in the front desk I’m standing there waiting for them to finish their conversation so they can help me I’m just staring at them I said I was checking out, I asked if one of them was the manager she said no we don’t have a manager on site so I told her about the rooms etc she said okay like she didn’t care and she said “I’ll let someone know and apologized” I was hoping for a discount or something for the inconvenience for giving me literally a DIRTY ROOM to begin with. I honestly do not recommend.

Summary: I travel with my kids to San Antonio once or twice a year, and Fairfield Inn has become our go-to place to stay. I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness. I notice even the smallest things like dust behind furniture. This hotel always gives me peace of mind. It’s extremely clean, which makes me feel safe and comfortable bringing my kids. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options are great. We’ll definitely be back for our next family trip!
