Summary: It was the perfect stay! I was one momma with 4 dancers and it met every need! If we return next year we will stay again! Oh and the breakfast was amazing!!

Summary: The condition of the rooms, quality of mattress and bedding dated and not comfortable. Since Covid the standard's of Marriott’s have become below standards.

Summary: I had a fantastic stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Rome, NY! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, and I have to give a special shoutout to Dertasha at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Her welcoming attitude truly set the tone for the entire visit. The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. My room was clean, spacious, and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. Whether you’re in town for business or just passing through, I highly recommend staying here. Thanks again to Dertasha and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Summary: The room was very neat and clean. Bathroom was in great condition and very clean. Free breakfast wasn’t terrible. Was able to get piece and quiet for some restful sleep. Definitely will stay again if the price is right.

Summary: Very secluded area nothing around no stores or gas station. I’m just not what I’m used to for staying up in this area.

Summary: Visited the place March 2025 with 8year old son. The location is good, and easy to find with choices of restaurant closeby. The pool’s water is cooler in my opinion. Breakfast is just OK, the only fresh fruit is banana. Overall rate between 3-4.
