Summary: Excellent for the price. Great value. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast staff were lovely and accommodating to any requests.

Summary: We were shocked by the high cost of our room on our 2 day, mid week stay.The pool is quite small but clean. Breakfast choices were adequate. Staff might want to check on refilling Bacon or Sausage more often...meats usually run out before all else and it was a long wait till they restocked. Some staff were friendlier than others. They should smile andbe friendly to guests more often.

Summary: Pool was a joke! When calling down to the front desk to request additional towels… clerk told us to go find a housekeeping cart from our floor.

Summary: Horrible service beginning with checkin. The front desk guy was unfriendly.Didnt get any room service until night 3. The one time they did clean the room they left one bed un maid.There was also no pool towels asked the front desk and she stated they were in the dryer and would be done in 15 minutes.After over hour we went back to the front desk and still no pool towels.There was also a random man who knocked on our door and asked if we were checking out on day 3 of our 5 night stay. We later found out he was apart of the housekeeping staff.

Summary: The stay was good, however, their (wifi/ internet) system was not working properly. The kids were not able to stream nor play their games on the hotel TV; This made the visit less enjoyable!!

Summary: A room for disabled was requested at the time of reservation and confirmed my phone the day before arrival. On arrival at 6:00 PM the disabled room was not available.
